TIMES OF DAY
Children should arrive between 8.40am and 8.50am and enter the building via the main doors.
Children will leave school at 3.30pm, via the front playground. Children attending after school club will be collected by after school club staff from the classroom.
PE
PE will take place on WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS . Please ensure your child has the correct indoor and outdoor PE kit in school at all times.
HOMEWORK
Maths and Spelling booklets will continue to be given. The children will be given them on Friday and they should be returned the following Friday. Children will be tested on a Friday morning and scores will be recorded.
We also set the spellings on Spelling Shed, which children can use for extra practise and a chance to earn their way up the leader board for a certificate.
READING BOOKS
Your child will be given one or two books per week. They can change their reading books any day of the week.
Please complete your child's Reading Record to let us know how your child has been getting on. Please aim to listen to your child read for at least 15 minutes per evening and sign their reading record.
Your child can use Oxford Owl if they would like to do some extra reading at their level.
